THERE’S MORE TO DISCOVER WITH ISA

ISA excursions allow you to explore the diverse, distinct, and gorgeous landscape of Ireland that you may not be able to visit on your own. The destinations below are a sample of some of the possibilities, which are finalized in the time leading up to the start of your program.

Bunratty Castle & Folk Park

At Bunratty Castle, you will explore one of Ireland's most authentic medieval castles, decorated in lavish tapestries and in ornate 15th and 16th century style furnishings. Take in the grandeur of the medieval banquet hall and step into Ireland's past as you take in the sights, sounds, and scenery of an authentic Irish village in the Bunratty Folk Park.

Dublin

You will visit the bustling capital city of Dublin to see why Ireland is truly a land of saints and scholars. Explore the famous cobbled courtyard of Trinity College and bask in the exuberance of Temple Bar.

The Cliffs of Moher

The Burren, derived from the Gaelic 'Boireann,' meaning ‘Great Rock’, is a vast region comprised of limestone slabs. This region is one of the finest examples of a glacio-karst landscape in the world. Standing 214 meters above the Wild Atlantic Ocean, the Cliffs of Moher are the jewel in the crown of the Burren Region. Step on to the edge of the world and into an awe-inspiring view that dreams are made of!

Ring of Kerry

Take in breathing-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and rugged Irish coastlines as you embark on a scenic loop drive around the stunning Kerry peninsula. See for yourself why Kerry and its islands have called itself home to the likes of Charlie Chaplin, Charles De Gaulle, and Luke Skywalker.

Adare * Optional

Continuously lauded as Ireland's most picturesque village, Adare hosts an array of colored shop fronts and traditional thatched cottages as well as medieval castles and chapels. Adare is also home to one of Ireland's most exclusive five star luxury resorts and golf course, Adare Manor.

Cultural Activities in Limerick

The ISA on-site team encourages you to explore the city and culture of Limerick. The team facilitates this by offering a robust calendar of events that showcases what makes Limerick special.

These activities vary each term, and previous offerings have included Milk Market, King John's Castle, the Hunt Museum, and a traditional music & dance evening.
