Overview
This course provides a fundamental overview of the hotel, restaurant and tourism segments of the hospitality industry. The operational sectors of the industry, as well as management and related skills, will be explored. Career opportunities in the hospitality industry will be discussed and students will be encouraged to develop their own career plan.
