Overview
The course seeks to explain the economic and social development of Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and latterly, the German Democratic Republic. This will deal with the development of the countries in the period of national independence, through to the death of Stalin and the development of New Course economics.
