Overview
This module focusses on the server-side design of interactive web sites for enterprise scale e-commerce and other similar application areas. The technology used is Java servlets, developed with the Eclipse IDE and deployed on an Apache Tomcat server, with a significant involvement of MySQL. There is a substantial practical element to the module. The module also introduces JSP, and development frameworks such as Struts and Velocity.
