Overview
The main objective of this module is to provide students with the knowledge of the fundamental principles ofenergy law. The module explores the low carbon energy sources, such as nuclear energy and renewables andexamines the legislation from a local, national and international perspective. The dynamic nature of the coursecontent will influence positively students? ideas of the nature of law in the area, in a topic which is of globalvalue and concern.
