Overview
The aim of the course is to develop understanding of the process of personal financial planning. It will coverthe following areas: regulation and compliance issues, financial needs throughout the life cycle, gathering andanalysing financial information, protection insurance (life, health and disability etc.), managing liquidity (depositsand borrowings), direct investments, collective investments, asset allocation, types of pension arrangements,integrating the components of a financial plan. The course will also develop problem solving skills by means offinancial planning case studies which require the understanding and application of core principles.
