Overview
This module focuses on discrimination law, particularly the Equality Act 2010. Almost everyone going into theworkplace today will encounter questions about equality and diversity. Often, it will be very helpful to knowabout the key concepts in the law and why these exist. This is particularly so for anyone working in the publicsector, but much of the law applies to the private sector too
