Course Description
The course addresses tourism planning as one of the key processes in the sustainable development of the activity. In a dynamic sector, organizations and institutions with tourism competencies in a territory must contemplate an action plan to direct their products towards a sustainable, responsible and balanced model.
In this sense, strategic plans become indispensable tools to structure the formulas necessary to carry out the appropriate mechanisms for analysis, correction and monitoring.
The students' exit profile is enriched in fields such as the design of these instruments, the contribution of tourism to the development of destinations, the identification and valorization of tourism and the critical review of existing policies.
