    This course provides students with information about the structure and functioning of a hotel, including the various departments and positions, along with their respective tasks and responsibilities. The course covers key areas such as reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, highlighting how each department contributes to the overall guest experience. Students will also learn the roles and responsibilities of different staff members, from managerial positions to entry-level roles, giving them a clear understanding of the processes and communication flow within a hotel.

    Additionally, the course covers the operational management of various departments, providing a holistic view of hotel operations and the importance of seamless coordination to ensure guest satisfaction. It also provides students with a comprehensive understanding of essential hospitality concepts, such as service and customer experience, complaint management, and customer loyalty. Students will learn to develop critical skills to offer high-quality service and create memorable experiences for guests.
