Overview
Strengthening soft skills is one of the best investments you can make in your career. According to the World Economic Forum, accelerating changes to business mode has a profound impact on employment landscape, and are expected to have a significant impact on managers' widening skills gaps. Capabilities define what you do and what you need to win, making your strategy much more tangible. Thus, future managers should reinforce these so as not to be displaced.
In order to have success during times of change, managers must acquire some business skills. Their work is critical to helping everyone else work together, seamlessly motivating and inspiring their employees, advancing new tecnhologies, involving problem-solving, improving decision-making, and activating creativity attitudes. This course is a practical introduction to all of the Critical Skills for Managers of the Future like critical thinking, negotiation, flexibility, people management and more.
In this class, students will learn the global vision and the tools required in order to effectively manage all of the challenges that the new era is currently demanding. The course give students a larger perspective on what new management capabilities are necessary, and implements a learning-by-doing approach.
