Public International Law

Description
Public International Law helps to develop the professional profile of jurists by providing them with the basic concepts and legal references needed to perceive the international dimension of the problems and matters with which they deal, especially in view of the immense challenge of the globalisation of the international community.
It does this by covering international law not only in terms of positive law but also from other methodological perspectives such as axiological and sociological/ political aspects, both of which are of capital importance.
