Overview
General Goals:
a. Understand the key issues related to managing people and the decisions usually fall into this functional area of the organization.
b. Manage the basic tools used for recruitment, selection, integration, training, compensation and human resources assessment.
c. Develop critical, analytical and creative decision-making skills regarding the management of people, being able to recognize the close relationships with other functional areas.
d. Develop capabilities associated with teamwork, communication and empathy.
