Overview
Overview
This course introduces the calculus of complex functions of a complex variable which interrelates the geometric and analytic aspects. It turns out that complex differentiability is a very strong condition and differentiable functions are very ``rigid'” objects. Integration is along paths in the complex plane. The central results are Cauchy-Riemann equations, Cauchy's Integral Theorem and Cauchy's Residue Theorem.
