Overview
The course corresponds to the General Training area, being of a theoretical-practical nature. Today one of the greatest sources of differentiation and success of a company lies in knowing how to create value for the customer. Using a set of integrated innovation tools for entrepreneurship , innovative value propositions will be designed (prototyped) and tested. Students will learn how to adjust the value proposition by establishing performance indicators of the business model, performance of the value proposition, and customer satisfaction.
Justification
The business world today requires, as part of academic training, to provide participants with tools that foster entrepreneurship, which will allow them to compete in an environment characterized by constant change.Learning goals
- Design innovative value propositions that can become a source for generating a competitive advantage.
- Learn to beneficially understand patterns of value creation.
