Management of Employability

El curso permite a los estudiantes analizarse a sí mismos en detalle, descubriendo sus fortalezas, habilidades y actitudes. Obteniendo así una imagen clara de sí mismos, de sus valores personales y objetivos profesionales a lo largo del tiempo, junto con un equilibrio de estos con su vida personal y familiar. Gestionar la empleabilidad es determinar cómo forjar y definir continuamente su propia carrera profesional, logrando la armonía entre lo que valoran y lo que hacen bien, de tal forma que el desempeño de las tareas asociadas a su carrera les genere satisfacción y bienestar.

The course allows students to analyze themselves in detail, discovering their strengths, skills and attitudes.  Thus obtaining a clear picture of themselves, their personal values and career goals over time, along with a balance of these with their personal and family life. To manage employability is to determine how to forge and continuously define their own professional career, achieving harmony between what they value and what they do well, so that the performance of the tasks associated with their career generates satisfaction and well-being.
