El curso tiene como objetivo presentar a los alumnos, los conceptos fundamentales de la Gerencia de Proyectos, las diferentes áreas de conocimiento del PMBOK® siguiendo la estructura de la guía y cómo estas se aplican a un proyecto. Así mismo analizaremos la gestión de proyectos en Agile y SCRUM.
The course aims to introduce students to the fundamental concepts of Project Management, the different areas of knowledge of the PMBOK® following the structure of the guide and how these are applied to a project. We will also analyze project management in Agile and SCRUM.
