The course prepares students to become "agents of change," equipping them to propose innovative, sustainable solutions to address global and local challenges, with a particular emphasis on Peruvian context. Students will explore pressing issues such as climate change, social inequality, corruption, poverty, and ecosystem degradation, all through the lens of sustainable business models.
The course centers on corporate sustainability, defined as the enhancement of companies' social and environmental impact without compromising their economic viability. It emphasizes the integration of social and environmental dimensions into corporate performance and decision-making processes, preparing future managers and entrepreneurs to incorporate these criteria into their strategies.
