Overview
Summary
The course purpose is to provide the tools and develop the skills that allow students to make product and service design proposals, integrating the needs of people, the technological possibilities and the requirements for commercial success and the adaptability of systems through weather. Business Administrators must be able to lead in a business environment of increasingly accelerated and unexpected changes, and therefore must strive to constantly adapt their systems to the needs and quickly solve the problems of external and internal customers. Through this course, students will learn to design solutions that will allow them to fulfill this important role by keeping customers at the center of decisions. The course develops the theoretical foundations of innovation processes and uses the Design Thinking methodology as the main tool.
