    The course has a theoretical-practical nature and is part of the Social Management Concentration. It allows students to learn about the display of social innovations and ventures implemented in Latin America in recent years to generate social and environmental value. Among the main contents is the academic discussion on social innovation, entrepreneurship, and innovative business models for sustainability that hybrid organizations (B companies, social, purpose-driven, etc.) have been deploying in the region. Social managers must be able to adapt to the constantly changing world and identify emerging problems to propose innovative solutions. This course provides a learning journey that allows students to create solutions that involve all stakeholders with the objective of offering, collaboratively, a comprehensive and viable proposal that is sustainable over time and generates high impact.
