Overview
This theoretical course, part of the Personnel Management Concentration, focuses on process-oriented perspectives and fundamentals for effective, efficient, and organizationaligned management, generating value through people. Students will understand and analyse (1) Human resource planning based on required numbers and competencies. (2) Organizational and job design aligned with organizational strategy and objectives. (3) Key processes in personnel management. In addition, they will have to apply knowledge in designing and proposing processes for specific organizations.
