    En este contexto-académico, nacional y eclesial, se sitúa este curso, en continuidad con el de Teología I, y se interesa especialmente en: a) presentar en su contexto histórico el movimiento por los derechos del hombre; y reflexionar sobre situaciones cercanas en las que la persona humana se ve impedida o dificultada de realizarse libre y solidariamente; b) presentar y explicar las diferentes reacciones del Magisterio de la Iglesia, hasta llevarla a definir "su misión de fe y de defensa de la dignidad humana" (Juan Pablo II, Santo Domingo, enero de 1979); y c) profundizar en la reflexión filosófica contemporánea sobre el ser humano, y sobre todo ahondar en la vertiente bíblico-teológica que muestra la estrecha vinculación de las Relaciones interhumanas con la concepción cristiana del Dios Viviente.
