    This class provides students with concepts and characteristics that define services marketing applied to tourism and hospitality services. The student will be presented with the making of services marketing research, segmentation, and target market by collecting and organizing primary and secondary data. A marketing plan will be elaborated with defined objectives, strategies, and action plans.
