Summer

Global Health -Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Rome Campus

The summer program options at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Rome Campus allow students with little or no experience in the Italian language to choose two paths focused on medicine:
  • Global Health and Epidemiology (Summer 3)
  • Health Policy and Management for Universal Coverage (Summer 4)
You can also take a back-to-back summer session and take both courses in succession.

Academic Details:
  • Students will enroll in one course (3 credits) per session.
  • Courses are taught in English.
  • No Italian language experience is required for this program.
  • Some courses may require additional fees.
  • Courses will be taught by local and international faculty.
  • Classmates are international students, the majority of whom are North American.
*Excursions are not included in this program price but you may pay on-site and join an excursion if schedule allows.

Eligibility

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.75.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

  • Students must have already completed two semesters of college by the program start date.
  • Students must be at least 18 years old by the program start date.
  • Students with a cumulative GPA below 2.75 may be considered for acceptance. They must also submit one letter of recommendation and a statement of purpose.
