Business, Global Studies & Korean Language -Pusan National University

The Business, Global Studies, and Korean Language program at Pusan National University (PNU) offers students a great variety of courses from three schools: the Department of Global Studies, the Korean and East Asian Studies Program, and the College of Business.

Popular subject areas include:

  • Business Administration
  • Global Studies
  • International Relations
  • Korean Studies and Korean Language.
Courses are taught by local PNU and international faculty and ISA students take courses with local, international students, and other ISA students. All courses are taught in English with the exception of Korean language.

While at Pusan National University, students can choose to live in a student dorm or to find an independent off-campus housing.

Semester + Semester Programs Available: Students may participate in the Fall + Spring or Spring + Fall session of this program by selecting their two semesters of interest when submitting the initial ISA online application. Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.

Please reference fall and spring course lists as not all courses are taught during both semesters.

Availability of courses is based on enrollment numbers. All students should seek pre-approval for alternate courses in the event of last minute class cancellations

Please note that some courses with locals have recommended prerequisite courses. It is the student's responsibility to consult any recommended prerequisites prior to enrolling in their course.
